Progress Induction consists to make aware all level of an organisation that improvement is limitless, and to push people to implement action just to try and succeed.
Progress induction should be used to improve the organization performances, by giving autonomy and making aware that improvement is part of the normal activity.
Progress induction in training, it’s about learning new methods and tools but also to take a step back on the environment to make improvement as a standard in the day to day business.
